Needs Based Tuition & Fee Assistance:

Please understand, we do our best to keep the cost to participants as low as possible. Thankfully our generous sponsors subsidize every participant/lesson as the fees charged to you only cover a small portion of the actual operation costs for Spirit TRC. We never want participation to be deterred by the cost of our programs. Therefore, contact our office manager 509-213-2776 to make payment arrangements or to learn more about our needs-based scholarship options.

Attendance

Regular attendance directly impacts the overall progress of each participant. If you are unable to attend it is your responsibility to notify the instructor as soon as possible so that volunteers are canceled and horses are not tacked.  Lesson space at Spirit TRC is very limited. If attendance becomes an issue we may need to consider a better time or offer the space to another participant.

Inclement Weather:

There may be times when Spirit TRC ha to cancel lessons due to inclement weather or poor air quality. In such cases we will notify you via text, email, phone and facebook as soon as a decision is made.

Arena Conduct:

Spirit TRC staff and board of directors are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for everyone.  All persons on the premises are expected to show kindness and respect toward themselves and others at all times. Instructors may ask parents & caregivers to assist should a conduct challenge arise during a lesson.
